It’s the same reporter becuase the BearCats are the University of Cincinnati’s athletic teams, and that reporter is a Student reporter for the University.

I'm a young man who still wants to be a Power Ranger. Just need to find a team. (And make a suit, and get a weapon, and build a zord, etc.) I am currently a volunteer firefighter, which is as close to being Power Ranger I will get. For now.
